Everything you need to know about our Ready-To-Go Wedding Collections, from what’s included to how it all works. If you’re wondering something we haven’t covered, just get in touch.
DELIVERY CHARGE
A flat-rate £50 delivery fee will be added at checkout for delivery.
This covers delivery to your venue on the morning of your wedding, ensuring your flowers arrive safely and on time across Newcastle and the surrounding area.
Need your flowers delivered to two different addresses? Just drop us an email with the second address and we can arrange an additional delivery for you.
CAN I COLLECT?
Yes! If collection works better for you, you can collect your flowers from our studio.
You can select this option when using the checkout and your flowers will be ready for you to collect the morning of your wedding.
WHAT IF MY CEREMONY ISN'T UNTIL LATE IN THE DAY?
Your flowers will arrive in water & boxed. Once they’re with you, keep them somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight, radiators, hairdryers and other sources of heat.
A few simple rules:

Keep bouquets and arrangements in water (make sure the stems are dry before putting on your dress/outfit).

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE?
We need at least 7 days notice for Ready-To-Go orders.

WHEN WILL MY FLOWERS ARRIVE?
Your flowers will be delivered on the day of your wedding, so when placing your order, please select your actual wedding date.
Delivery is pre-12pm, so your flowers are with you in plenty of time for the big day.
WHERE WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?
Please use the address where you’d like your flowers delivered on the morning of your wedding. If you need flowers delivered to two different addresses, just drop us an email and we can arrange an additional delivery.
CAN I CHOOSE MY FLOWERS?
No. The R-T-G-W collection is for couples who trust us to do what we do best. You choose the arrangement, and we’ll choose the flowers.
We’ll work with the season you’re getting married in and select the best blooms available, creating everything in our Sprig style. Just very good flowers, chosen by us.
